iRealty Classified Software: Rating Feature
To estimate listings the registered users have a possibility to rate them. The following reasons may influence the rating of a listing: listing details and listing pictures. Listing details may include advantageous and attractive offer, good price and etc.
Based on the rating results listing owners may compose a feedback about their listings.
An average from all votes is the result of listing rating. Voting several times only the last vote will be considered. To rate a listing, press on one of five stars. Example: click on the star #4, to estimate a listing with rating 4. (Pic.2)
Listing ratings are shown on the listing details page and the search results page of the websites based on iRealty Classified Software.

On the Search Results page rating is displayed as an image of 5 stars with the following legend: rating 0.00 from 0 votes. (Pic.1.)

On the listing details page the rating is displayed in the same way as on the search results page. But on this page you may vote for a listing by clicking on the corresponding star.(Pic.2)
