Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Hanukah and Happy Kwanza!

Dear Friends, Yet another year is drawing to a close. It has been marked with various events, positive and not so positive, globally important and meaningful only to you. There are lots of things that happened for which we all are grateful, and of course some things each of us regardless of the job, status or location, could have lived better without. Speaking for ourselves, we are definitely grateful for your coming to us and staying with us. We certainly hope that we all made a difference in each other’s lives this year. You definitely have, as we have learned things, made things, and even fixed things based on your kind guidance and feedback. The communication aspect of our job makes it very special. Working with new friends from places we sometimes did not know existed on the map, or connecting to customers from Zimbabwe, Australia, Ecuador, Spain, or Japan is an immensely rewarding experience we enjoy very much. Likewise, your learning that things will get done and help will come from people half way around the globe from you may also be an eye-opener.

It is true that we are all different because we have different holidays, languages and cultures, and even New Year is celebrated at different times of the year. Yet this gives us all a unique opportunity to enjoy life and share holiday cheer with each other throughout the year and across the boundaries.

During this holiday season, which is important to many customers and friends of ours, we would like to thank you very much for being wonderful customers and friends. All the feedback you give us helps us make better products, improve our services, or react quicker to your needs.

We certainly expect that better iAuto, iRealty and iLister mean more money is coming to you and your family, new jobs are created around you, and the gloom of economic recession is fading away in your communities. Better networking, more customers, higher turnovers and all that help your services provide to your end clients is a huge difference you yourselves are making in your and other people’s lives around you.
