Standard Edition
- General Description
- The Standard Edition package includes the following items and services:
- Open source code with encrypted core files;
- For packages, all the addons available on the date of purchase only. Access to free upgrades for Ultimate, Essential, or to any other package does not give the right to obtain addons that were released after the date of purchase. You need to purchase new addons separately even for the Ultimate Package.
- Six months of free tech support (see what's included);
- Free installation (server must meet minimum server requirements) or;
- Free migration from the WorksForWeb trial server;
- Un-branding in a form of a Free Powered By Link Removal Option (remove the links yourself or contact Support for assistance);
- Free six months of access to upgrades to download the most recent package or updates of products addons;
- The ability to change the final URL for the software (request the change of the final URL once for free);
- Help and manual.
- The customer has to ensure that the server the software will be installed to meets the minimum server requirements. WorksForWeb Support is not responsible for bringing customer's server to compliance.
- The Standard Edition package includes the following items and services:
- Delivery
- The software can be delivered in the following formats:
- As a downloadable file archive containing a zipped copy of all software files;
- As an email attachment containing the license file activating the software and addons;
- As a software installation on the customer's server.
- A software license activates the software installed on the customer's server. The license is issued for a specific URL provided by the customer.
- Permanent license keys are issued based on the information on the final location of the software's installation.
- We will either install the permanent license keys during the installation or email it to the customer. The customer can also retrieve it from an installation/delivery email/ticket.
- Also, the customer can download his/her permanent license keys at a later date free of charge.
- Upon request from the owner, support can reissue the license for the latest package. This option is available for those packages that have the free upgrade option.
- The software can be delivered in the following formats:
- Guarantee, Exchange, Refund, Transfer
- By purchasing or using the software, you acknowledge that you have exercised due diligence in ascertaining that the software will run on your intended system. You further acknowledge that the Software meets your requirements and expectations, having reviewed the software's operation on the demo web sites based on the software.
- To ensure customer satisfaction and protection of your interests as a buyer, we offer several options to recover some or all the funds in the event you are not 100% satisfied with our products. Such options include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Partial/Full Refund - partial or full return of your money;
- Exchange - exchange of one WorksForWeb product license to another WorksForWeb product license;
- Transfer - sale or transfer of the existing license from one owner to another.
- There is a 30-day money back guarantee for buyers of the Standard Edition packages of any software (iAuto, iRealty or iLister).
- Refund / Return / Transfer Terms for the Standard Edition:
- You are eligible for a Full refund in case:
- You have paid the full price for the package; and
- You requested the refund within 24 hrs following the payment; and/or
- You have not received permanent license keys for your installation.
- You are eligible for a partial refund (price less restocking fee of 20% of the amount paid) in case :
- You have paid the full price for the package; and
- You requested the refund after the 24-hr period following the payment; or
- You have already received permanent license keys for your installation.
- You are not eligible for a refund if:
- You have received a discount/rebate/promotion for the package; or
- Your hosting account environment is not compatible with our minimum system requirements; or
- Your business model is not compatible with software features/logic (that's what trials are for).
- Any Standard Edition product is eligible for a full exchange to another WorksForWeb's product or a single transfer to a different owner of your choice.
- You are eligible for a Full refund in case:
Special Edition
- General Description
- The Special Edition package includes the following items and services:
- Open source code with encrypted core files;
- Help and manual.
- The following items and services can be purchased separately:
- Tech support ;
- Upgrade to Standard Edition;
- Expert installation (server must meet minimum server requirements) or;
- Migration from the WorksForWeb trial server;
- Un-branding (Powered By Link Removal Option);
- Annual upgrade plan.
- The customer has to ensure that the installation environment meets the minimum server requirements. WorksForWeb Support is not responsible for bringing customer's server to compliance.
- The Special Edition package includes the following items and services:

- As a software installation on the customer's server (with optional Installation purchased),
- A software license activates the software installed on the customer's server. The license is issued for a specific URL provided by the customer.

- We will either install the permanent license keys during the installation or email it to the customer. The customer can also retrieve it from an installation/delivery ticket.

- Exchange - exchange of one WorksForWeb product license to another WorksForWeb product license;
- Transfer - sale or transfer of the existing license from one owner to another owner provided that the domain name remains the same as the one for which the original license was issued.
- Terms and conditions of sale of the Special Edition:
- For Special Edition, all sales are final. There are no refunds nor returns, full or partial.
- You are eligible for a full exchange/transfer in case:
- You have paid the full price for the package, and
- You have received permanent license keys for your installation; and
- The new location is the same as the one you received permanent license keys.
